Bowen Fascial release is also a very useful pre and post sport tool. Maintaining healthy tissues can reduce injury risk and aid recovery.

Pre and post match massage prepares vital muscles for effective performance during sports and treats these areas thereafter to encourage quick recovery.

Pre-match is most stimulating and needs to be performed the day of the event. Post-match needs to be done within 48 hrs of the event.
